Where Anne and Ashanti Agree Five moves, in the order they came up
One Your expertise already sells

The decision is which vertical and which angle. Ashanti keeps her corporate consulting practice while Unpunishable Woman grows, because it pays predictably and lets her teach from experience. Her test for any new AI idea is whether it grows one of the two things she knows like the back of her hand.

“You have subject matter expertise. You do. Period.”

Anne
Two AI gets your judgement before it gets any work

Anne runs a strict brand guideline plus Fireflies transcripts and photos of her meeting notes. Ashanti organized eight years of Drive files, connected them to ChatGPT and Claude, and loaded every agent with do-not-do’s from her compliance background. Her sequence is think it through in ChatGPT, have it write the brief, and let Claude execute the brief.

“It is merely an extension of me. It is as rigorous as I am in my profession.”

Ashanti
Three Outreach is the leading indicator

Money in the door is the lagging one. Ashanti’s lead agent scans for her exact decision maker, ranks by criteria she wrote, and drafts the first email. Each morning she checks the ranking, edits the draft, and sends. Proposals that took three working days go out the same day.

“The fortune is always in the follow-up.”

Ashanti
Four Your audience’s words become the product

Ashanti had Claude pull thirty days of comments from her social channels and group them by the questions and objections inside them. She wrote the product in ChatGPT, had Claude construct the funnel, and used the audience’s phrases on the sales page. Ship at eighty-five percent and fix it after the first sale.

“Eighty-five percent of your version of perfect is probably everybody else’s version of perfect.”

Anne
Five Share the ideas, sell the judgement

Ideas and messaging are how visibility and distribution grow, and both come from publishing what you know. Information alone has no price anymore. A client pays for your lens on her problem and a faster route to the result. The platforms cost nothing and the tools cost about twenty dollars a month. Sweat equity covers the rest.

“Position yourself as an authority, compound on visibility and distribution power, share everything you know.”

Ashanti
Anne’s Demand Generation Rule The same one behind every She Leads AI program
Name the five

Write down five specific people who are your ideal client, then five organizations you could pitch for a paid engagement. If either list will not fill, the list is the signal. Talk to humans until it does.

Say it the same way every day

Who it is for. Who you are. What you offer. On LinkedIn and on stage, the same way each time, until the people who need it can finish your sentences.

DMs are the relationship layer

Voice notes and “saw your comment” notes. Tag every connection by the bucket that is useful to you so outreach stays personal. This is the soil the paid work grows in.

Pitch the press on their calendar

Reporters need stories every day. Find the editorial calendars in your domain and pitch two months ahead of the issue. A reporter who has covered you once is a warm contact for life.
